Tai Chi Walking is the core of Tai Chi and will help you get your energy in the right place along with exercises like Qi Gong.
Tai Chi is sometimes referred to as "Walking Meditation." As part of the curriculum for our club, we recommend ending each Tai Chi session with a 5 minute meditation. The video below will help you get the basics down, as well as give you some options for different hand positions.
